Simply fill out the fields and click “Submit” to email your request to us. We will call or email you within 24 hours of receiving your submission to confirm your refill request. If you are an existing patient with a Pet Portal account, you can request a refill directly through the Pet Portal. If you think your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please call us directly at (978) 851-5558.
