COVID-19 Updates

Effective June 1st, 2020

We will be allowing one client in the building with their pet for their exam. If you do not feel comfortable coming in or if you have more than one person with you we will still have curbside available for you. Please just let us know. When you are in the parking lot, you will call our hospital at 978-851-5558 and a technician or vet assistant will come out to your car and escort you into the building and right into an exam room. We will have a taped square on the floor where you will be asked to stay for the duration of your appointment. You must wear a mask at all times. If you do not have a mask we will supply you with one for a charge. Once your appointment is finished, your technician will check you out in the room and you will then be escorted out of the building. To insure your safety and ours all rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each appointment.

Until further notice we will be doing curbside pick-up for food, medications and products. Please call ahead and place your order and prepay. Once you are here in the parking lot please call us at 978-851-5558 and a receptionist will bring your products out to you.
