Due to rising cases of COVID we have decided as a hospital, and following CDC and state guidelines, to limit the capacity of clients we are allowing in the building. This will also allow us to clean and disinfect so we can keep our staff and clients safe. We will still be allowing a small number of clients in the building each day, but these appointments will be limited.
For this new schedule to work some of our client’s appointment times have been changed by 10-30 minutes and you will be notified by our front desk. We will also call to let you know if your appointment is now curbside. You may also check your pet portal to see if your appointment time has changed or not.
If you are able to come into the building, we ask that you fill out our COVID Health Screening Form on our website, history questionnaire, you wear a mask properly, sanitize your hands when you enter our building, and we are only allowing one pet parent in the building for your pet’s appointment.
If you have a curbside appointment, we ask that you fill out our COVID Health Screening Form on our website, history questionnaire, and call us (978-851-5558) from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment. A technician will go over everything needed for your appointment and any concerns you want addressed. We will keep you updated every step of the way and walk you through the whole process.
All technician appointments will be curbside.
*See our COVID Health Screening Form to see if you qualify to enter the building. If you have a non-curbside appointment and answer yes to any of the questions your appointment will be curbside.
